What’s the definition of a drug?

According to Wikipedia a drug is any substance (other than food that provides nutrtional support ) that, when inhaled, injected, smoked, consumed, absorbed via a patch on the skin, or dissolved under the tongue causes a temporary physiological change in the body.

Is food a drug?

This difinition above doesn’t normally include food, however when is see clients with bad eating habits and look at  the consequences well, then…to me, FOOD IS A DRUG.

You are created to eat, process & absorb food from the earth which contain vitamins & minerals integral in running thousands of reactions in your body (e.g. magnesium, Vit B, Zinc, Iron,…).

Focus on greens, rainbow of veggies legumes, healthy fats, meat from organic grass fed and variation together with consistency is key!

Your immune system is mostly in your gut. Hormones and neurotransmitters are made and maintained in the gut. If you’re not feeding the bacteria living there correctly, you will be unhappy & tired!

It’s time to return back to the way we used to eat, before the food Industry.
