We start in the studio with an introductory meeting and screening. Your goals, sleeping and eating habits, injury history and free time are all aspects that play a role in putting together your bespoke training plan.

Whether you are just beginning with triathlon training or have already competed for several years, we work together towards your competition or specific goal. Coachbox focuses on various training plans for all kinds of endurance sports, such as triathlon training. 

Coacbox feedback

Your bespoke training plan lets you get off to a focused and rapid start. You keep track of your performance in the online Coachbox tool. Your results are carefully analysed and you receive guidance where needed based on your feedback.

The holistic approach goes beyond just sport. In addition to your sporting performance, you also use the system to keep track of your nutrition and sleeping patterns. You will receive numerous tips & tricks on recovery.
