Off-season strength and conditioning programme - Stage 1

Duration: 4 - 8 weeks

Are you looking for marathon strength training or strength training for swimming? This programme provides a solid basis for getting the season off to a good start. Core stability training and strength training at home allow you to achieve good balance and strengthen your muscles. 


Off-season strength and conditioning programme - Stage 2

Duration: 4 - 8 weeks

This bespoke programme builds on Stage 1. During the strength training at home you work on new and focused movements with more periods of rest in between. In this way, you get fully ready for the new season!


In-season strength and conditioning programme

Duration: 8 - 12 weken

During the competition season you work on a strong basis for top performance through core stability training and strength training at home. The personalised training exercises focus on injury prevention for a worry-free competition season!


Healthy posture training

This online training course helps you to improve your posture. The exercises that have been devised limit energy loss during sport and ensure for optimum posture and are suitable for runners, swimmers or cyclists too!
